Why aren’t there any prices on the STX website?
STX products can be purchased only from an STX authorized dealer. An individual cannot directly purchase any items from STX. For
price information, contact the closest STX authorized dealer near you which can also be found under the
Where To Buy tab.
What do the letters STX stand for?
STX is not an acronym but a trademark pronounced “sticks”. The mark, which is registered around the world and is also included in
our company name, represents what we are at the core- a company devoted to developing innovative, quality sporting goods and
equipment. STX’s origin is that of a lacrosse company, beginning in 1970 when our first and only product was the synthetic lacrosse
stick, and has grown to include a complete line of high end putters and accessories, along with a complete line of the most advanced
field hockey sticks, gloves, apparel, and accessories in its class. STX Field Hockey calls on experts from around the world to
produce sticks and equipment that address the individual needs of athletes, using the most advanced technologies and practices

Which STX Field Hockey Stick is right for me?
Field hockey sticks and players come in all shapes and sizes. What matters the most is what you are comfortable playing with. We
recommend that you check out the STX exclusive technologies located in all of the sticks and then go to the STX retail store closest
to you and try the different lengths and styles for yourself. Choose the stick that you can handle comfortably and feels the best in
your hands.
Which Length field hockey stick is right for me?
In general, the correct stick length is a function of height. STX has included a stick length chart in the
Measure Your Stick section of this website for reference. Please keep in mind that this chart is
just a guide. We recommend that you use the length that you are most comfortable using.
Does STX manufacture a left handed field hockey stick?
STX does not manufacture a left handed field hockey stick. In fact, there no manufacturer can produce a left handed playing stick due
to specific rule regulations.
Do STX sticks meet the rules?
Yes, all STX field hockey sticks meet all rules and specifications per all published NFHS, NCAA and FIH rules regarding sticks.
What kind of warranty and return policy does STX have?
STX Field hockey sticks and equipment are covered by the following “Limited Warranty”: In the event that poor workmanship and/or
material failure causes an STX field hockey stick or equipment to break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within
twelve (12) months of the date of purchase, STX will replace it (or provide a difference model of equal value) upon delivery to STX,
1500 Bush Street, Baltimore MD 21230 Attn: Warranty, provided that (1) delivery occurs within the twelve (12) months of your date of
purchase, (2) a proof of purchase is included. Replacement field hockey sticks and equipment will be covered by this Limited Warranty
only for the balance of the (12) month period beginning with the initial purchase. Intentional modifications to the field hockey
stick or equipment (e.g. engraving, gauging, branding, drilling, dying, or bending) or other deliberate abuse will void this Limited
Warranty. NOTE: moderate paint chipping is considered normal wear and tear and not subject to this Limited Warranty. Field hockey
sticks returned to STX with evidence of normal paint chipping will be returned to owner. STX reserves the right to inspect and
evaluate all returned field hockey sticks and will only replace defective product caused by poor workmanship and/or material failure.
All returned field hockey sticks and equipment shall become property of STX. PROOF-OF-PURCHASE DATE IS REQUIRED FOR REPLACEMENT. NO
