STX MISSION
STX Field hockey begins with the players and coaches. We’re out there- on the field and in the game- learning firsthand the
features, fit and feel players demand most. The rest is a study in engineering and craftsmanship. We draw from experts all over the
world, using the latest technologies and materials to produce sticks that address the specific needs of athletes. Hold an STX stick
in your hand and feel the difference of Player Driven Design.
INNOVATION
STX’s tradition of innovation began when we created the first synthetic plastic lacrosse head. We built on that tradition in Field
Hockey with the Composite AVS and our cutting-edge Vibration Dampening System.
In 2004, we made another breakthrough with Cavity Back and patented Cavity Head technologies - adding stick strength and greater
player control.
In 2006, we introduced the 361 stick which features a unique shape to increase control and allow players to perform better than ever
before.
We never stop innovating!
PLAYER DRIVEN DESIGN
Every STX stick design begins on the field. We work with players and coaches to learn what works and what doesn’t. Plus, we draw on
experts from all over the world, using the latest technologies and materials to produce sticks and gear that address the specific
needs of athletes.

STX proudly sponsors 2003, 2004 & 2005 D III NCAA Champions Salisbury University as well as the Hopkins Women’s team and Saint
